Having a Membership Purchasing Plan is mandatory; however, our 90-day flex plan enables you to adjust your membership level every 90 days, ensuring you’re always on the plan that best suits your business requirements.
Upon purchase of a Membership License, any existing Growth Reward Points balance in the Clinic’s account will be converted to funds credited. Starting from May 1st, 2024, any active GRPs remaining on the accounts not subscribed to the membership plan will expire.
The 90-day flex plan option allows the Clinic to upgrade or downgrade one membership level by providing a 90-day written notice. The upgrade or downgrade will be applied on the first monthly cycle following the 90-day notice period.
